With Brother and HP’s MPS, you automatically receive the highest yield cartridges, which last longer - reducing the number of individual supplies you need. And you’ll get fresh cartridges before you run out, ready to be swapped in at a moments notice.

Lifetime support and maintenance is included on all MPS contracts. This means you’ll be able to call us any time to diagnose and resolve, or if your issue isn’t resolved this way, we’ll send an engineer to get you back up and running quickly.

No, the entire range of Brother/HP printers can be part of your managed print service too.
And if your current printer is in support from Brother/HP, we may be able to migrate this to a managed contract (subject to current printer condition)

You can choose a fixed plan based on your typical print usage, even if it’s small, or pay as you print to only pay for the pages you use.

You can simply pay for any additional pages you print at your standard rate. If you’re continually printing more than what is listed on your current contract, we can upgrade you to a contract that covers your increased print requirements.

Thanks to our recycling programme, you’ll be choosing a more sustainable way to print. Both Brother and HP supplies can be returned to the manufacturer for sustainable recycling once they’ve run out or have expired.
If you exit your agreement, you can also return your hardware so your printer won’t end up in landfill.
